Writing down what you want

The more sensitive of us (the sponges who absorb other people’s energy, even through a computer screen) are prone to losing our way a bit
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But we often don’t realise until we’re, well, lost!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So my challenge to you today is this – spend 5 minutes writing down what you want
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No ifs, not buts, no explanations
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just your aspirations & hearts deepest desires
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then read them through & be totally honest…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➰How many of them are really ‘yours’ from deep down inside?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➰How many are ‘shoulds’ because The Internet defines them as ‘success’?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➰And how many are even a teeny tiny bit ego driven, really more about what you want to show others you can achieve than what you actually want?
Immediately scrub out any that fall into the last 2 categories
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a tough exercise & can feel super uncomfortable, but it’s so valuable. Now you have a list of what you want from inside, you can focus your attention on those very things, & nothing else

Overwhelm & confusion be gone!
